Free 7-Day Product Replacement Policy

At WOW TOYS® - Delivering Joys of Life, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a free 7-day replacement policy for products that arrive damaged, defective, malfunctioning or with missing parts/accessories.

Eligibility for Replacement

Customers may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is physically damaged during transit.
  • The toy is defective or not functioning as intended.
  • The package contains missing parts, accessories or components.
  • The wrong product has been delivered.


How to Request a Replacement

  2. Share the appropriate reason for replacement.
  3. Upload clear images showing the issue
  4. Submit the replacement request.


Replacement Approval Process

  • All replacement requests are reviewed by our support team.
  • Supporting images may be used for verification purposes.
  • Once approved, the replacement process will be initiated.
  • Reverse pickup of the original product may be arranged where applicable.
  • Replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer.


Important Notes

  • Replacement requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs or accidental damage after delivery are not eligible for replacement.
  • Products must be returned with all original accessories, manuals and packaging whenever applicable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Important Note: To help us process replacement requests efficiently, we recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your package. While not mandatory, it can help resolve claims involving transit damage, missing parts, or incorrect items more quickly.
