You can request a free replacement within 7 days of delivery if the toy arrives in any of the following conditions:

The product is physically damaged or defective upon arrival.
The electronic/mechanical functions are not working or malfunctioning.
The package contains missing parts, accessories, or components.

2. How the Automated Replacement Works (Zero Effort for You)

You do not need to call or text customer support. The process is completely self-serve:

Step 1: Log into mywowtoys.co.in, go to your Order History and click on Request Replacement next to your order.
Step 2: Upload a clear photograph or short video showing the defect or damage.
Step 3: Our automated system will instantly verify the request and schedule a courier pickup from your doorstep at zero cost to you. A fresh, brand new replacement unit will be dispatched automatically.
